Default importance of h1, h2, h3, h4 Tags??
Well I have no much knowledge about the seo page optimization so I am putting this question forward.

Are these tags h1, h2 , h3 etc are of good importance. and what they do, How they play a role in seo.

The header tags are very important for Search Engine’s, they help SE’s to determine and understand what a page is about

these tags h1, h2 , h3 etc is most importance of On Page activity

Well basically the div tag says "do whatever other instructions are contained in the div tag until you see a </div> tag. div is only really useful in conjunction with another instruction.
